Grandma's Flavors Dally Sethi Grandma's Flavors food has captivated me since I was a small child. During the partition of India and Pakistan, my parents moved to Iran. My mother had studied Iranian cuisine and was already an adept in Indian cuisine. I grew up loving both cuisines because my mother loved to cook and could conjure up delectable dishes with ease. She was not only my cooking teacher but also my life mentor. She was a multi-talented woman who could accomplish practically anything. She was a great proponent of fresh food and enjoyed cultivating veggies. For my children and grandchildren, I have followed in her footsteps and highlighted the importance of fresh food. My grandchildren are my pride and delight, and nothing makes me happier than seeing them smile. They enjoy my cooking, and nothing makes me happier than to prepare meals for them.
